About me
Heiko Will is MSA’s Chief Digital Officer. In this role Heiko is responsible for leading MSA’s software development teams, the corporate data strategy and MSA’s IT operations. He is in charge of MSA’s technology roadmap and digital architectures for MSA’s products and internal systems.
Heiko is an experienced engineering leader with a strong focus on digital transformation and strategy development. Since 2013 he is defining and implementing MSA’s software strategy and built MSA’s global software team. He introduced and implemented agile development processes for MSA and was a key driver for the scoping and founding of Safety io. Before joining MSA Heiko worked as a lecturer for computer science and led a large joint research project bringing industrial application and academic research together.
Heiko holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Freie Universität Berlin and a master’s degree in Computer Science from the same University.
