Bio
David Kane is the founder and Managing Partner of Ethical Intruder, a Cyber Security, Compliance & Risk Services company founded in 2010. David was named the Pittsburgh Tech Council Tech 50 CEO of the Year in 2023. A methodology to assist organizations to create cyber security and compliance roadmaps called the Cyber Liability Maturity Model (CLMM) was developed by David 10 years ago. The CLMM has been used by small to enterprise companies to help map out security or compliance requirements that fit their own cost structure, agenda and individual program maturity while staying technology and vendor agnostic. Since 2022 David has included AI in his State of Cybersecurity talk featured at Cyburgh and is heavily involved in AI corporate policy and adoption.
